Yeah, I think it's pretty obvious that the school year has begun! Less time for everything! Every day after school I try to get my classroom ready for the next day and get a few things organized before it's time to rush home. Once I get home, I'm on baby duty (which of course I love), along with a round of cooking, cleaning, laundry, bathtime, bedtime! Suddenly it's 10:30 and I have lesson plans to do and materials to prepare! I think my normal bedtime these days is 1-2am and then I get up at 6am. Hopefully I can get "caught up" one of these days so I don't have to stay up so late! I think I'll get caught up on the weekends, but that never happens because I want to spend the days with my family! Today I made the effort to try to get schoolwork done early in the day, but I was mad dashing between laundry, making sweet potatoes for Sammy, playing with Sammy and Gary, and getting a little schoolwork done. Then my printer ran out of ink!!! Hopefully I have printed the essentials, and can print the rest tomorrow.
I started this blog to document the little moments in life, but am not doing a very good job! I still end up putting most of my reflections on Facebook. I keep forgetting about my blog! Hopefully I can do better from here on out....
